Greg Isaac is the Managing Director, co-founder, and agency licensee of Vast Commercial Property. Established in 2023 with his business partner Eddie Iustini, Vast Commercial Property is a specialised commercial property management company based in Perth and focused on strategically maximising income potential for commercial property owners.
With 15+ years of experience in commercial real estate and property management, Greg’s mission is to deliver best-in-class solutions tailored to help commercial landlords unlock their investment property’s full potential.
With a background overseeing all aspects of managing retail, office, industrial and mixed-use commercial properties over his career, Greg has an intuitive knack for addressing the real needs of landlords and tenants – whether that’s resolving maintenance issues, property upgrades, or negotiating win-win lease terms for all parties. Backed by rental property licensing credentials and memberships with key industry bodies including REIWA and REEFWA, owners can confidently put their properties in Greg’s hands.

Eddie Iustini
Eddie Iustini is the Managing Director and co-founder of Vast Commercial Property, a specialised commercial property management company based in Perth, Western Australia. He is a prominent figure in the Perth commercial property industry, backed by over 25 years of experience as a real estate professional. Eddie takes great pride in his extensive knowledge and profound understanding of the Perth commercial property industry. He is committed to delivering the highest standard of care to commercial landlords through personalised services that exceed their expectations.
Eddie first gained expertise in the commercial real estate sector as business owner of Doors Plus, a retail business where he successfully negotiated property leases and acquisitions to set up multiple store locations. After selling Doors Plus, he transitioned into working for a boutique commercial real estate agency, where he developed comprehensive knowledge about commercial, retail, industrial and office real estate.
Driven by his desire to offer a more personalised touch, in 2018 Eddie made the strategic decision to establish Vast Property Group with his co-founder, Greg Isaac (Co-Managing Director). They later went on to establish Vast Commercial Property in 2023, a division specifically tailored to providing responsive and results-oriented commercial property management services in Perth. Eddie’s motivation stems from the recognition of a gap in the market—a lack of personal care and attention for landlords. His ongoing commitment to excellence continues to define his success in the dynamic and competitive realm of commercial real estate.
With extensive training and credentials from REIWA and REEFWA, Eddie has the necessary expertise across all aspects of commercial property management to help commercial landlords achieve their investment goals. This includes specialised knowledge of the varied legal contracts, compliance regulations, and restrictions associated with retail, commercial and industrial leases. Eddie takes pride in his ability to secure tenants that best match each property and owner. His full-lifecycle view of commercial assets also encompasses feasibility analysis, development strategies and stakeholder outreach for new projects.
